A certification of grade ‘A’ was awarded to our refectory team by the Penang office of the Ministry of Health on June 16, 2023.
The visit was an unscheduled audit that was carried out by the Ministry of Health. Proudly, the refectory team was awarded grade ‘A’ by the Ministry of Health for keeping up the standards of best kitchen practices all year round 2022-2023.
Hygiene factor was one of the key criteria in this evaluation, which paved the way for our refectory team to earn a 5-star Grade A rating from the Penang office of the Ministry of Health.
