Wow, how time flies when you are traveling! Thank you for joining me on this epic university tour of San Francisco and New York City! Our final college is the School of Visual Arts, one of New York’s many arts and design schools.
Even if you are not a Fine Arts major, you can always benefit from having an arts university in your neighborhood. Case in Point: today the Uplands Lion and I visited the SVA All Staff Arts Show, which showcases artwork from the school’s non-teaching staff. I found it inspiring, and the lion found it ripe with selfie opportunities!
Although some of the universities that we visited in the last couple of weeks may seem to be dream destinations for you, I would like to share with you that graduates from the Uplands Class of 2022 will soon be attending some of the universities we visited, including UC Berkeley, NYU, and Barnard! These grads are paving the road for future Uplanders, and they are sending the message that it is possible for YOU to find your “best fit” university! We wish these hard-working graduates luck as they embark on this next phase of their lives.
